Specific Crow's Foot....

Years ago, Snap on discontinued a line of their crow's feet. They were able to be put on the extention so the crow's foot was perpindicular to the extension, and parallel with. They had a beefed up receiver and the extension could go either way. Does anyone know of any company that still sells such an item?
