It really says a lot about the manufacturer's confidence in their products to provide forums such as this on their web site. They leave themselves open to criticism for all to see. I do not see this at other sites. Great site guys! And great tools too!

You're right, the opportunity for criticism definitely exists, but our main goal was to provide a forum for people from around the world to share tips, questions, and experiences regarding tools and their trade. I'm happy to say that's what everyone has used it for and really made it a success.
