Tool Identification

My brother bought me a tool several years ago. It has the Rigid name, and it also says CutRite II on it. It looks like a pair of scissors, except it has only one blade, and the other side is a flat 1/2" wide piece that you place your item on and squeeze the handles to cut it. I use it to cut 1/16" vinyl material, and it looks like it could be used on Linolium as well. Can anyone tell me what this tool is called, and where I can buy another one? Any help would be appreciated.
