Looking for Copy of Back issue of Wood Magazine

Hello all: I was wondering if anyone may have a copy of Wood Magazine issue 119 Dec 1999. And if you do would you be willing to share a copy of the plans for the Miter Saw Cart. If not the full set of plans maybe just the section on the table supports. I would be greatfil for any help anyone could give me. Thanks. I dont think if would be any copy right problems since I was able to make a copy of some plans for wood magazine at my local libery the other day.
