Is it true that Ridgid is converting to a new computer system? :confused:

On April 7, 2003 Ridge Tool Company converted our Distributor order transactions, accounts receivable, and warehouse management systems to the J.D. Edwards One World system. This implementation like all others of this sort has a very steep learning curve. At this time our daily order and shipment rates have returned to our normal levels, but we do have some catching up to do.
