JP0600 jointer

When you folks mate parts that effect accuracy, be sure to not paint the mating surfaces. On my JP0600 I was having difficulty setting the 90 degree and 45 degree stops on the fence.After many hours of not being able to get a repeatable setting I looked at the mating surface for the trunion and dovetail.All the mating surfaces were painted. I removed the paint and the burrs. Now the settings seem to hold.
