Traditionally companies that open their stores (think of Disney, The Body Shop, etc) have a "BROAD" audience or user base. We serve the very specific segment of pipe working professionals. They're hundreds of thousands but I don't think generate the critical mass to have nationwide RIDGID store.

We will not discard the idea, though. There may be a way to have an internet RIDGID store in which we could probably extend beyond tools to merchandise!
