I recently purchased a 4 piece 18v cordless power tool set w/ Hammer Drill, circ saw, recip saw, etc. and was able to take advantage of the free tool rebate for a 14.4v impact driver. I sent in my rebate with requested original upc & copy of receipt. I did register online, but not having had the time to follow through sooner, I waited 3 additional weeks. At this point though, I realized that both required the original UPC from the box when I had only one and it was already on it's way to Ridgid at this point. I have since emailed Ridgid with no response.
Has anyone faced the same situation and resolved it? If so please let me know. I actualy sent in my rebate via Priority mail with delivery confirmation ( hopefuly that's Kosher when there is a P.O. box involved,) so I have record of the transaction. Any administrator seeing this, please refer me to the best person to speak to.
