I recently purchased your 13" thickness planer. It came with a stand and dust port. I would like a mobile base for it. The kid at the store recommended casters. I bought 4 only to return them because the stand has plastic feet, which can acomodate them, but after attaching the casters I felt this was unsafe. I measured the stand that came with the planer and asked another kid at the store. He wasn't sure if the "table saw" base would work with the planer. The Home Depot really didn't have a solution. Any ideas? Any Non-Rigid brands that would work?
Thanks

GB There are some moble bases on the market that will fit any size power tool. Rockler sels one for about $50.00 it comes with the casters you just add hardwood 2x2 for the size base you need. I think Wood craft Also carry the same thing. Check out www.rockler.com (http://www.rockler.com) or www.woodcraft.com. (http://www.woodcraft.com.) I hpoe this helps.
