can you post pictures to your message, if so how?

You need to host the photo's somewhere. My ISP allows me disk space to sore photos and create web pages if I like. The are also may free services like PHOTOBUCKET (http://www.photobucket.com/)
Once uploaded than you click the IMAGE button (found below under Instant UBB Code when entering a new thread or a reply) and add the URL address of your web hosted picture.
