Jointer Knives

Where can I get some jointer knives for this 3 month old, JP0610 "we don't stock the parts" jointer??
Will an Amana or another brand knife work?

Jointer knives are generic. Any standard knife with the same dimensions will work.

Dave - I know you said they are generic but I have a question. Will Delta blades work in my old Emerson built Craftsman? They are the same blades for the Ridgid JP o600. I had a hard time finding blades but the Deltas were available at the time and I didn't know if they would fit. Rick

Rick, they need to be the same size, and flat, all three dimensions. There's the restrictions. ;)

you can buy a set at most sears stores and sears hardware stores. they carry a craftsman set that fits their 6" jointer, and most stores stock them!

OK Thanks a lot., I should have thought about Sears since Emerson is the common denominator.
