pipework machine problems 300,535,1233 etc

Hi,
I have only just found this forum, and i don't seem to be able to find a problem solving forum, where engineers can come and ask proffesional ridgid service technicians like myself for a few pointers. For example:- my 300 compact has stopped oiling>! well..... why cant there be an area on here where these sort of questions can be answered.? Is this a reasonable request?

Hi rigidservicetech,

You have made a great suggestion. For instance both of my oilers quit working properly and the reasons were a collapsed hand pump line on one and poorly fitting hoses on the other. But someone else may not know how to troubleshoot their equipment. Particularly the younger guys.

How bout it RIGID?
