Air Movers

Recently bought (4) air movers to try out. We placed all (4) units on a job. After the first day the plastic deflector cracked and the homeowner called us due to the noise it was making. The next day we had the same problem with a second unit. We pulled the rest of the units out and replaced them with our regular units. I own a few hundred air movers of various brands and none of them have this deflector. It seem that there was a design problem in the way the houseing was molded creating the voids and the plastic deflector was added to reduce the turbulance and noise.

Needless to say I will be returning these units back to Home Depot.
