Warantee work is slow

My 10 month old /lifetime waranteed 14.4 v Ridgid drill just stopped working one day, so I took it to be fixed at the single authorized repair center in Seattle.

So far it has been 30 days, and they have not had time to look at yet.

My old Makita only came with a one year warantee, but is still going after 10 years and no repairs.

A lifetime warantee has no value, if the tool is not available to use.

I'll will update this message when/if I ever get the drill back to let you knwo how it goes.

So, the day I call to nag them, they fix the bad switch. 30 days for a trivial repair. I'm sure glad I didn't need a part.
