Just curious but why is the blade on the left of the saw? I thought right sided blades were the norm. I'm sure I'll get used to it, just curious if there was any reason for it. I also have an old late 60s early 70s craftsman 7inch circular saw. This thing still has incredible torque even today. If the new ridgid is this tough it will be one hell of a saw. Personally I can't stand the plastic circular saws. Thanks John
