laminate trimmer or cutout tool?

am in the market for a tool to help me with installing laminate flooring (3/8 inch);have been looking at cutout tools (rotozips etc.) but also like the looks of the ridgig laminate trimmer. how would you describe the diffrences in these tools; the design and functions seem similar.

I have not seen the Ridgid lam. trimmer yet but I do have the Craftsman version of the roto zip and it has worked great for almost 2 years now. I know of others that have it too and they like it. Comes with quite a few acc.
