right now using my shopvac for dust collection. what is the most efficent size downdraft table you folks would recommend?

All depends on what types of things you build. Picture frames or tables?

Would be primarily used for sanding items prior to being assembled. I do have that shop vac attachment for the back of the ROS but that is awkward to have that hose behind it. I know the shopvac can only provide so much suction and that will lessen as the table gets bigger. I was thinking maybe 18" or 24" square?

Here is a link to Delta's offering. It is 20 X 40 but has a 4" dust port. Not sure how it would work with a shopvac due to their realatively low volume of airflow but it may give you some ideas.
