Needing to know if the Ridgid #711 universal die (auto release) will work/fit on a 300 machine with 311 carridge? I'm thinking it may only work on the #1224 threader?....Thanks...

the 711 is a much larger die to fit the carriage of the 1224 1/2'' - 4'' threader. the 300 is a carriage for 1/2'' - 2''. therefore the answer is, it will not fit.
