On the power tool accessory page, table saw accessories seem to be specified for certain table saws only. I have a 3612, but the AC1022 hold down explicitly states for 2412 and 2400. Surely there is not an issue using this on the miter gage that came with my 3612? Likewise other parts on this page? (There is only one accessory item that refers explicitly to the 3612).

How much does ridgid charge for this hold down anyway, anybody buy one? I know it ain't gonna be like the expensive ones, but is it a decent, competent hold down?

I use this one from grizzly. Very accurate and only $32 http://www.grizzly.com/products/item.cfm?itemnumber=G1822

I have a 3612, and the miter hold down. Don't know the cost as I bought this saw used. Does it work, yes, and I have not noticed movement of the stock while tightened. I have ordered an incra, and might let go of the hold down if you still want one. starship@sc.rr.com
