what to use for a new top

Hi,

I just bought a 5360 table saw but want to clean and protect the top before I use it.

Can anyone tell me the best thing to do - what to use, etc.

You can use kerosine, naptha, or WD40 to remove the packing grease, I use Johnsons Paste Wax to protect all my cast iron tables and planes
