View Full Version : Herculift wheels and my TS3650

Either I've assembled my TS wrong or the herculift design is quirky (it's probably the former). My problem is that whenever I lower the herculift system, my table saw doesn't sit entirely on the feet. It sits partially on the wheels and partially on the feet. If I go under there and turn the wheels to the correct postion I can get the wheels out of the way but I do not want to have to do this everytime.

Has anyone else noticed this problem? Please tell me that I have assembled it wrong!

Quentin.

Same here, but they just barely touch. I looking at replacing the 'tall' nuts on top of the casters with regular ones.

Thanks Ken, that's what I was thinking about doing too. Do you know the thread size? Have you found a source?
