Warranty Issue

I am helping an employee of mine by trying to assist him in getting his 1 month old Ridgid compressor fixed. He took it to an authorized CH repair center when he was in Austin. As he tells it, the repair center called the supplied number for warranty repairs. They never could get to a real person. After several attempts, they finally found a computer menu option and followed the prompts. Just when the, "Ah, we solved it" feeling was kicking in, the message abruptly ended with a telephone number to call. And, you guessed it, it was same number they had just called.

Does anyone know a phone number, to a real person, who can get the repair center the warranty authorization it needs?
