rg, I bought the sander 2 weeks ago, I am using it to refinish kitchen cabinets. aaaaaait works graet, no problems, it doesnt slow down under pressure, dust collector actually works.12 ft cord with power indicator is a good idea, case is solid.

I just bought the 5" ROS yesterday. It is almost half the price of the 6". HD did have it reduced from 149 to 129, though. Just could not justify the increased cost for 1" of diameter. The 5" works very well in the short time I have had to play with it. Dust collection works really well and the variable speed is nice.
