I don't think thats rude at all. He has something he wants to sell so he shouldn't be afraid to answer any and all questions and I'd assume he feels the same way.

They are used but not abused. I am just not particularly impressed with the Ridgid line of cordless tools and have decided to stick with the DeWalt line.
