TS3650 parts location

I have just started the construction of the saw and have not found the blade or the adjustment disk that is mentioned on the ridgid websight. For those of you that have this saw could you tell me where you found these parts in the box.

The blade is already mounted in the saw. Check to make sure it is securly fastened and will rotate in proper direction.

... not sure about the adjustment disk. What is it called in the manual? More info needed.
