I won one of the 4th prize items (right angle impact driver).

The contest says I am responsible for taxes and duties.

However, FSI (the fulfillment agent) sent the item to me in Canada from the US, without paying the brokerage fee (about $40!!!).

I don't think this is fair, appropriate, or according to the terms of the contest.

It might have merely been an error or oversight.

I'd like to know who I should talk to to find out how to resolve the issue.

Please let me know ASAP, as UPS may not hold the prize very long before sending it back. I'd rather just get the prize!
