If by site, you mean the entire Ridgid website, I'd like to see the TS-3650 recognized as a member of the Ridgid tool family and the proper information placed on the site in the appropriate places to support it.

The manual or parts list is still not listed with the other table saws. It receives less respect than it should it seems from everyone there.
Since the saws been out for going on 3 YEARS now, its about time that the website caught up with reality.

Not on the website, but I'd like to see better availability of accessories for the TS-3650 and other tools in your only distributor's stores. Why would your reps not be pushing HD to carry at least a couple Table Saw ZCIs and other such accessories, these are the items that will sell when the tool is purchased and if not then within a couple weeks. Where is HD's head, hello! an item that will increase a current sale or will bring the customer back into my store to buy more, why would they not carry these? I guess if they don't sell 200 of them a month they are not profitable. Sometimes you just have to keep stuff on the shelves just as a convenience to your customers, not because its a big money maker.

Bob, I am more than willing to try and beef up the TS-3650 and give it proper recognition. Could you be a little more specific about what you want and Ill try and dig it up through the proper sources. Below is a link to the product page and the manual listing. You should be able to find the manual from both links. Are we missing something else? If you are looking for a detailed parts breakdown that should be on ridgidparts.com. If it isnt then I need to get the word out to the people that run that site that they need to add that to the store.

Have a good one,

Bob, your right ridgidparts.com is missing the breakdown for the 3650 in the index. I will try and straighten this out ASAP.

Thanks for the heads up,

Josh

Josh, here's another place that the Ts-3650 is MIA;

http://www.ridgid.com/Tools/Table-Saw-Manual/index.htm

Also, the Products page has no link to ANY stationary or benchtop woodworking tool;

Stationary Power Tools is under the Power tools Section of products.

Products->PowerTools->Stationary Power Tools

The manual is linked from the actual Product page for the TS3650. The manual was under Stationary Power Tools under the Owners Manual section. it makes more sense for it to be under table saws though (my bad) I moved it there so it should be fixed.

We will work on making the navigation clearer. Ridgidparts.com will be a little harder to change but its being discussed right now.

OK on all Josh, and thanks for looking into it. Here's another page on Ridgidparts that's needs updating;

The TS list has up to the TS3612, but not the 3650.
