I see that Ridgid's Product Manager in charge of hand tools signed up to the forum today and addressed an issue (or at least showed interest). Is this going to happen more often?
Josh - I noticed that his post (within the thread "improved knobs for midget cutters!" found in 'Give us your tool ideas') did not update the general forum screen, so it still shows 0 replies. Software glitch?
