Does anyone know if Ridgid plans on introducing any 2hp or 3hp routers in the near future? I have been using all Ridgid power sanders and saws at my Corian fabrication shop and have been well satisfied with their performance.

I purchased a Milwaulkee router not long ago...a 2 1/2 HP (I think) and it is a monster. I wouldn't trade it for anything (well maybe a 20" planer).
Milwaulkee makes some fine tools, if you can afford their price tag.

I wish they'd make an actual router system complete with a plunge base.
I have an old (1970's era) Milwaukee router. It has routed miles of edges and others with it. It has never needed anything done to it, not even brushes.
I just bought a DeWalt 625 plunge router and I love it. This makes my fourth router.
