TS3650 question

Anyone had trouble getting the rear rail at the right height without preventing the miter guage full travel? Also is there a recomended lube for the rip fence rails?

You just have to "Fuss" with the rails as you get your set up done, little here little there, but once it's set there should be no need to adjust.

Johnsons paste wax is the best thing to coat all of your rails and surfaces with for protection as well as lubrication!

I agree with CHefHDAN. I had to fuss with my rails a bit to get them straight and level and still allow for the miter gauge to have full travel. It did take some time and a bit of patience, but once I got there I was pretty happy.

Paste wax also worked great for my lubrication.

3rd the wax. I used Butcher's. Works great - don't let it sit too long before buffing though, my arms are still tired ;)

Thanks, there was some fussing, but the fence slides smooth now.
