I need to know the exact item that I need to replace/repair a cask iron closet flange in a concrete floor. I have been told that there is a flange that simply goes over the existing flange and bolts to the concrete floor but no one can give me the exact name of the item I need!!! Please help!!!:confused:

The right wat to fix it would be to install something like a Frank Pattern Insta-Set flange or lead-in a new cast iron flange but there are also some non-code approved methods which I considertemporary repairs that may help you. Here is a link to some of them:
