I recently made several ZCI out of corian. But they are a little thicker than they need to be to set level on my 3650. How do I get them thined down to fit level?

Corian is sandable. A belt sander would do, or a stationary sander. If you use a belt sander, make sure you have the corian ZCI in a vice or held down with bench dogs at least!

I used double stick tape to hold them down and used a router on the first ones I did. Now I use then 3650 and a tenoning jig to take off about 3/16 at the ends. 2 1/4" back from the ends is all that needs to be thinner.

Can't it be routed on a router table?

Corian can be routed, planed, sanded, etc. I think a good woodworking bit in the router would be fine. I haven't yet learned how to get the high-gloss finish, but I know you can shape the stuff with woodworking tools.
