Anyone ever try one of these?
Snap-on bought Bahco (formerly Sandvik) several years ago. I wonder if these are Snap-On quality benders or are they a gimmick?

Looks just like the greenlee benders to me. Just pain the handles
green.....:D
IMHO, A BENDER IS A BENDER JUST GET USED TO USING THE ONE YOU OWN.
Those are exactly the same as an Ideal bender except the handles are blue.
Even the decal on the handle is the same.
If they are the same in quality, I'd say they look good they are iron not AL.
Looks like the handle would be straight up at 30 degrees.
I never heard of Bahco (formerly Sandvik) before. If Snap-On owns them I would think it's a good quality.
What is the cost compared to Ideal or Greenlee?

Phil,
I don't know about the benders, but I've bought some Bahco hand tools. They're unconditionally guaranteed and hold up very well. Bahco, while owned by Snap-On, is a Swedish company and from what I've read and been told are a very reputable firm. Just my 2 cents worth for you.

Yeah,
I know, but one wonders who makes what. I was surprised to find out that Snap-On owns them.
I doubt if you could actually find that brand here - labelled Bahco that is. Most probably re-badged as blue or green.
It kind of makes me wonder who actually manufacturers <insert product here>.
IE - does Klein MAKE Klein or do they sell WXZY foundry products.:D

Seems to me that MADE IN USA is almost as important as whether or not it is owned by RIGID, or SNAP-ON, etc. Our jobs for the future really do depend on buying MADE IN USA, ya know.
