I've found out that the Customer Service provided by RIGID is horrible. I was supposed to receive a lifetime warranty on a drill that I purchased nearly a year ago, but they recorded it as a 3 year warranty instead. I complied with all of the requirements necessary to validate the warranty. Thus far, I've mailed and/or faxed them repeatedly a total of 4 times now. They keep losing them. Customer Service has been rude and not helpful at all. Therefore, I'll never purchase any RIGID products again. They are very incompetent.

Ridgid doesn't have a lifetime warranty. I think you need to do some more homework. Kinda hard for Ridgid to satisfy a customer when the customer's perceived expectations are incorrect to begin with.

If you would like some direction from the members here on how to properly register for Ridgid's Lifetime Service Agreement all you need to do is ask. But, if all you want to do is rant and troll then by all mean rant and troll away to you hearts content.

hi I have to say that whenever I call or write to Ridgid I always get a prompt and couteous reply . I was a bit let down about not knowing when the edge guide would be available . However I did my homework and found one that may just as well work because the holes are standard. I never concerned myself with the LSA . just my input Anthony

Absolutely NOT. I meant r1pet. I just find it really anoying when someone joins the board only to whine and complain. Sorry if you thought that I meant you Anthony.

I should have written r1pet=Ignore

Great no problem . I think too many people are hung up on the LSA. I couldnt care less the tools are warranted thats that. They perform flawlessly . I love the router combo ! Thanks Ken AnthonyD
