The T-bolts I have from Rockler for the T-tracks I have, don't fit, and even if I just ground them down a little, the bolt stilll wouldn't fit. So what are we supposed to use in these slots, they seem very narrow?
Thanks,
PJ

I use ¼x20 hex head bolts.

I found the same issue and use the same bolts Dave recommended. I have also found T-bolts at Woodcraft that are sold with smaller heads that will also fit.

I use 1/4" brass bolts that hold on toilet seats. .98 cents for a 2-pack.
