Are you asking if it is okay to use the a gfi outlet for your hot tub for something else at the same time? Normally an outlet for a hot tub is a dedicated run for a reason but it is your own choice if you have something small running off that outlet.

i have a coverd deck and i'm puting an outket out side on the deck. this will be a gfi on its own braker . now i have this small hot tub that has a gfi on the plug and i wont to plug this into the outlet on the deck .

You are stating a connection of two GFCI's in series. With the purpose of tripping at any short circuiting, any of the two GFCI's will trip in the event of a short (i.e. hosing the receptacle with water). In theory, both GFCI's will trip, since both will "see" a current difference between the "live" and "neutral" wires. The code has no reference to the installation of two or more GFCI's in series, since it is just additional protection for the circuit.

The only detail here is that, in the event of a trip, you should check both GFCI's to make sure you reset either one, or both.
