18v x2 chuck out of align

got a ridgid drill 2 weeks ago and noticed the chuck isn't aligned. a bit of a wobble. Do you thing home depot will take care of this since I got the drill 2 weeks ago? or will I have to deal with ridgid only?

if it's within 90 days, which it is, take it back to the Home Depot. They will exchange it for a brand new one. Anything after 90 days and you have to go through Ridgid themselves.

one thing I have to say is I gota get in the habbit of warning people about the torque. lent it out to a co-worker and sure twisted his wrist.
