Bevel locked on Compound Miter Saw

I have a RIDGID 12" Compound Miter Saw w/Exactline, and I suddenly cannot loosen the bevel locking bolt. The rubber-coated head of the bolt spins without turning the bolt, so I can no longer adjust the bevel.

Is there ANY way to fix this?
