Why is it that most contests are open to the lower 48 and Canada [B]except[B] Quebec. I am from Quebec and I am often frustrated when I am not eligible to enter? Can anyone explain to me why I always seem to be left out.

I has to do with Quebec's Provincial Laws that govern contests and the language Laws, no manufacturers want to play that game so they simply exclude Quebec

If you have a relative in another province just use thier address to enter. LOL

IF I were to actually win then I would have to show a valide driver's liscense and mine would show Quebec. I do have relatives in Vermont and Toronto but I would have to use their names just to claim anything. If I used their address and my name then it would still come back to the driver's liscense thing.
