keep in mind that this tank will ony fit a particular type of toilet.

I think that toilet seat is pretty cool! As for the tank, I think it's a bad idea. Everytime you flush, the noise will freak the fish. Not that the fish will think they'll be flushed, but just the noise will disturb them.

Rick very good point. With the fluxuating temperature every time you flush. You wont be able to have delicate fish at all due to the fact they will turn belly up.
