Walnut double sided 4x8 3/4 plywood $70 a sheet good?

I was just offered what appeared to be really nice black walnut 4x8 3/4 thick sheets of plywood at $70 a board... Is this a good deal?

I know its double sided and looks good... but not know much else...

Not a bad price at all for double sided ply. Just make sure you can get some lumber to match it for the framework.

any idea as to what this usually runs? I was thinking in the 120-140 range per sheet for this size double sided. The guy is also selling tons of hardwood and moldings that I will buy for around 1/2 what HD charges for surfaced oak, etc. This is in BOISE, IDAHO if anyone needs the info.
