on the futures market.
just wonder far into the future I will start seeing this in the marketplace?
has anybody noticed the price deflation yet?

nine months ago 7/16 OSB was $18, today its $5.50

Might just be the Hurricanes (or lack thereof) this year compared to last year....wood companies got hammered last year and supply was way below demand - using the hurricane projections for this year, they made extra product. Now that the expected hurricanes have not occured this year, they are sitting on scads of extra product. gotta price it way down to move it out....actual price of product is probably somewhere in the middle of the two extremes...
