The 24V Lithium drill has dropped to $299. Likewise they are selling the 18V 4 piece combo set with 2.5AmpHr batteries for $299.

Also older MaxHC 18V drill with dual charger is $149, refurbished. Not clear if it comes with two batteries from the listing...seems like it should. If it does, it is about the cheapest way to get a couple extra batteries and charger. Sell the drill body on Ebay.
