I currently have the top of the line Dewalt Pilot bits, of which I'm thoroughly impressed with.....especially drilling metal.

Unfortuntately, I've permanently misplaced several, and broke a couple, so it's time to replace.

Anybody own this Bosch bit set? It's a very good price at 16 bucks

Absolutely, I have that exact set, along with several others by various manufactures and these are definitely my favorites. But my drilling is primarily in wood and very seldom in metal so they may not perform as well for your intended usage.

Look at their "Thunder Bit" series and while there download all of their catalog. Akita, you'll want this info too.

The deal at Amazon on the Bosch set is darn good, but do you really want a set and not just to replace a few in your set that you already have?

Ditto,
I don't have the set, but I've picked up a few to replace missing/broken bits in my other sets. They are fine in metal! That Amazon set price seems OK too!
