Anyone try one yet? I bought one and took it back after trying it twice the same day. The one I bought I could stop the cable with my hand so it wouldn't make in though a trap to save my @$# Good IDEA!!!!, but didnt seem to work.

I'm pretty sure the Auto-Spin is made for a Soccer Mom not a Professional. If your looking for a top snake on steroids go buy a Ridgid K-50 with a couple of canisters.

the auto spin is 25% of the cost of the higher priced k40 machine.

the k-40 is junk at $600.

bought it when it first came out, used it a couple of times and now it sits on the shelf for the next sucker:rolleyes:.

rick.

do like utah suggested, buy the k-50. i did and now i have 3 of them. the k-60 is a great tool too:D.

I`v been using a Milwaukee snake but it`s to hard to pull the trigger and feed line and hold it up all at the same time. Need 3 hands for this one...lmao

I also get ^&%$ faced from the crud in the drum on runs that take more then one pass.
I`m looking for a cleaner way to clean sink and tub drains. Thats why I tried the Auto-Spin but it was a joke!

k39AF should suit you well.

I use it about once a year when my shower drain gets full of my wifes hair.

That's better then the three handed drill but I still want a hands free foot switch so one of my hands is free to guide the cable.

I found an off brand drill on a caddy at Lows but I like to keep all my stuff Ridgid. Looks better when you have all the same brand equipment. I might try it and if it works paint it to look like the rest of my equipment. :D

I'm not putting down the K-39 but those are the kind of drain cleaners I give to my kids to use on their homes. I don't believe they belong on a Plumbing Truck. The K-50 will last a life time and do a better job.
