The smaller is easier to handle for doing the smaller sizes IMO.

I use a chain vise, I am not sure I have ever used a yoke vice,
At one time they made the third size 111-R and they still offer the 11-R
No 11R capacity: 1/8" -1 1/4 the 111-R has the same size as the 11-R but the ratchet is like the 00-R or the 12-R in it working, (the 11=R uses more of a through socket type drive)
