will a 200 ft 3/8 hose real fit 250 1/4 inch? my current hose reel is on wheels and takes way to much room in the van. i would like to use one with a smaller foot print.

You will find you can easily get the 1/4" hose on when replacing it with 3/8". The dia. is nearly half thus nearly double the capacity!
