I would check out a company called Lee Valley Tools. They carry a large selection of chisels and carving tools. Their web site is http://www.leevalley.com/.

Hope this helps

Kris: Jake is right on the money with 'Lee Vally Tools' They have a great selection of quality products, including many of their own improved re-creations of old handtools (Veritas line). I've ordered tons of stuff from them (telephone/mail order), both tools and hardware and they are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended by this satisfied customer. Further, if your into slicks and chisels, you must order the book "The Complete Guide to Sharpening, by Leonard Lee. This is a very informative, very interesting, and general all round good read, that has opened up a whole new world for me...using really sharp hand tools.
If you can't find the slicks through Lee Valley, I'm sure they will be happy to point you in the right direction Cheers, Jules

Cheers, Jules
