Ridgid router ?

Why not a Ridgid router? If you don't plan to have one to offer, can you at least suggest one?

I need to buy a router that does it all like one of the 3 models listed below. Any suggestion? I plan to buy one beginning of next year.

* Bosch 1617EVSPK 2HP Router Combination Pack

* Makita RF1101KITK 2-1/4 HP

* Porter-Cable 693PK 1-1/2 HP Router and Plunge Base Kit

No plans for a router, nor are there any plans for any hand-held power tools. If your looking for a router and want suggestions, post your question up in the woodworking section. There is quite a group of avid woodworkers up there that would be more than happy to help.

i am assuming you have purchased a router by now? if so what did you decide? if not i will offer my 2 cents on the makita kit. i own one and it is awesome!

I only wish that milwaukee offered a similar setup to the RF1101 kit when i bought mine.
