I've experienced problems with the dust blower hose developing holes because the top arm rubs. I've replaced the hose twice on my saw. A hole with a grommet installed in the top arm housing with the hose running through it would solve this problem. A better solution would be a flexible blower assembly like is offered through the Wildwood designs catalog. I hope Ridgid would soon offer this accessory for older saws and and start using this on the new production models.
